In the late 1990’s Victor Villalobos brought the local faith community together with neighborhood youth to celebrate the first Blessing of The Lowriders at the historic Ste. Anne’s Catholic Church in Southwest Detroit. More than 20 years later the Blessing continues to bring together faith, culture, and community.
